Photograph caption dated July 20, 1956 reads, "Paul Roest, seated, accepts giant gavel as new president of Canoga Park Chamber of Commerce during installation ceremonies at Canoga Park Women's Club. Roest also headed chamber from 1951-54. With him, from left, are Harry Robinson, retiring president; Howard Shirley, vice president, and Frank Carr, secretary."
