Title supplied by cataloger. The 21-story office tower on the left, originally known as the Lawrence Welk Plaza and later renamed 100 Wilshire, is the tallest building in Santa Monica. It was built by Lawrence Welk and principally designed by Cesar Pelli for the firm Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall in 1969. Santa Monica at sunset.
