Description
Suzanne Greenberg discusses her book, “Speed-Walk.” The interview begins with Greenberg reading an excerpt from her book about divorce and children. She talks about how her book is a compilation of stories about loneliness, desperation, and how people cope with being by themselves. She explains how she got an ear for listening as a child when she would eavesdrop on adults and understand their conversations. Greenberg discusses specific stories within her book about widows, camping, and family. She ends the interview by talking about her current creative writing teaching job at the California State University at Long Beach.
