Description: A crowd is gathered for what appears to be the dedication of a new post office, located at 1723 North Vine Street in Hollywood. Portions of the building are still under construction. Visible signage advertises the Simpson Construction Co., the Winvick Decorating Co., and spaces for lease. Police officers are visible, along with a man operating a newsreel camera.
