Description: "Completion is expected in February for this big Sacramento mail handling and distribution center. It is being built in North Sacramento on a 13.6-acre site at 2000 Royal Oaks Drive. The $4,598,000 project is being built for the Post Office by the Columbia Co. of Columbus, Ohio. The structure will have a total of 228,113 square feet of interior floor space. It will serve as a mail distribution center for 12 Northern California post offices"
