View of the left side and front of a three-story, stucco-finish duplex of Josiah and Charles Johnson (428 M Street) and W. E. Terry (426 M Street); two-story brick building on the right, the residence of W. Miller (424 M Street) later, the Churchill home and dance studio; wooden sidewalk and low decorative fence around the house; ca. 1880.
Negative no. 1734 (4 x 5 in.) and negative no. CGL#910 (6 x 8 in.) shows more of the street and buildings at left and right, somewhat scratched.
