The building in the foreground at left reads: "The James Oviatt Building". A small clock tower can be seen near the top of the building, and an American flag hangs along the side of the building. Several additional American flags can be seen waving on the tops of other buildings. A small sign in the foreground reads: "Weaver Jackson Hair Store".
