Photograph caption dated February 24, 1959 reads "Robert M. Tunks, program director of Valley Youth Foundation, center, receives PTA honorary life membership pin from Dr. G. Alden Jackson, at right. Mrs. Stanley Gulliver, at left, president of 31st District CCPT, which made award, holds membership card also presented to Tunks for his service to youth." The foundation is headquartered at the youth center, 17400 Victory Boulevard in Van Nuys.
