Photograph shows several tank cars, two of which carry liquefied petroleum gas, that derailed at Washington and Indiana Street in the city of Vernon. Several men, possibly railroad officials, stand in the background trying to figure out how to upright the overturned cars. Photograph dated December 10, 1979.
