Photograph shows a woman holding a hand carved sign. Written on photo, This was taken August 28, 1957. A sign Edie carved in 1914. Edie & George Shultz ____ over taken @ Jennifer Lake. A man that lives there now took it off of the tree & has it in his cabin now taking care of it. Tim Patton Ranger's gave it to Hobart Moutton in 1958. [Note by Bill Shelton: Daughter of Thomas & Letha Jane, Alice Shelton @ cabin site on Horseshoe Lake, Lassen Park. The sign in the picture is owned by Bill Shelton now].
