Exterior view of Burbank City Hall, located at 275 E. Olive Avenue, as seen from across the street. Designed to be a modern building for its time, the art deco architecture celebrates the achievements of technology and the taming of nature. It is dominated by a central tower equivalent to a three and one half story building and flanked on either side by two two-story wings. Photograph dated March 8, 1951.
