Description
Ink drawings on front of postcard depicting a grove of redwoods along railroad tracks with the caption "sequoias--on the way up. Mt. Tamalpais"; a gentleman overlooking Profile Rock with a train curling around the bend; and an image of the railroad as a train makes its way up the mountainside with the caption, "Mountain train ascending Mt. Tamalpais". There's printed text which reads, "I felt run down before I went up, but when I came down, I felt way up." There's handwritten text across the face and side edge of the postcard. The back of postcard is addressed to Mr. Leon Vanatta, Mill Valley, Marin Co., Cal." Publisher S.F. Card Co., 555 Commercial St, San Francisco. 103.
