Description: Interior view of Unit 7, a one room (10'x10') slum apartment which rents for $35 per month. The unit is rented to a family consisting of a mother and her 4 children who are on county aid. According to the photographer's notes, the kitchen area (pantry size) was filthy and there was an outside toilet and bath.
