Description
The purpose of the Assembly Committee on Post War Rehabilitation was to, in part make a thorough study and investigation of the resources of the State and of the problems of agriculture, industry and allied matters as they pertain to the postwar period problems of unemployment and reemployment in private enterprise; and to make or cause to be made studies of labor supply, wartime population movements or changes, and such other social factors as define the extent of the postwar employment problems. These hearings investigated those issues.
