Description: Shows spectators lining street, on buildings; floats include Spanish ship accompanied by horsemen dressed as Spanish soldiers, second for No. 61 F.O.B. Buildings include signs - one reads "For mayor, P.H. McCarthy, Union Labor nominee." Addressed to Miss Belle Quigley, La Porte.
