Close-up of a part of a stele (supporting a sculpted animal: elephant, lion, horse or bull), which is normally placed on either side of a vāhalkada. It depicts a pot of plenty in bas-relief and is made of dolomite marble. The figures in bas-relief flanking the central stem of the kalpavrakşa include pairs of lions, elephants, males in different postures, horses, yakshas and culminating at the top with a figure, possibly Kuvera (Kubera), chief of the Yakshas, seated on an ornate cushion distributing wealth among the worshippers. Height: 3.000 meters.
