Description
Inspection sheet and 1 photograph of one-story commercial building (Roberts Typewriter Co. and Jose J. Alvarado), Parcel No. 392-44. Part of a survey of 64 addresses in the Park Center Project area compiled by the City of San Jose Building Inspector between March 20 - April 13, 1961. Each survey sheet includes address, type of unit, and structural survey denoting code violations (foundation, floor supports, walls & partitions, ceilings & roof, chimney, weather protection, loose plaster or stucco, faulty materials, stairways & halls, fire protection, improper occupancy, other), photographs of exterior (front) as well as some interior and detail code violation shots.
