more distally: extensor digitorum longus muscle and tendons, inferior extensor retinaculum, peroneal retinaculum, extensor hallucis longus muscle and tendon, extensor digitorum brevis muscle bellies and tendons, peroneus tertius tendon, abductor digiti minimi muscle
tarso (cuboid) metatarsal ligament
lateral tarsal artery.With addition of anterior to posterior: deep fibular (peroneal) nerve, superficial fibular (peroneal) nerve, sural nerve.
