View of ranch buildings of the Sepulveda family, on the Rancho de los Palos Verdes (present-day Palos Verdes Peninsula and parts of San Pedro and Torrance, California). Another source identified this location as the Diego Sepulveda ranch, San Pedro (see notes, below).

Date range approximated by cataloger based on the year that film negatives came into use and the latest known dates indicated for other Hazard images in the Huntington's collection. "Diego Sepulveda Ranch. San Pedro." - handwritten caption under same photograph in "Hazard-Dyson photograph album" (call no. 094/171), UCLA Special Collections.
