B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. Kenneth Hopper, saying that Hopper's article will be inserted into the October issue of the JIVTA (Japanese Industrial and Vocational Training Association) monthly issue. Inoue shares that several young staff members of the industrial engineering division of SEI (Sumitomo Electric Industries) and Mr. Tsukakoshi translated Hopper's article into Japanese. He goes on to discuss the content of the short postface he was requested to write for the article. The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "47" in two places on the top, right corner of page 1.
