Description
Third stage of drill tower rises above wooden scaffolding surrounding second stage. Third stage has windows on all sides for ladder and rescue training. Wood planks and iron rods support concrete base of second construction sited in foreground. Wood scraps and construction debris cover ground between sites. Construction site possibly Long Beach Fire Department Training Center on Lakewood Boulevard.
