Description
Spanning two days of action (June 20-21), the 1968 United States Track and Field Championships program covered the 20th Annual A.A.U. Track and Field Championships. Sacramento’s Junior Chamber of Commerce helped sponsor the event which was held at Hughes Stadium, a stadium that opened in 1928 at the price of $160,000 and paid through the sales of scrip to the community. The program itself featured information of the athletes heavily favored to win their respective events.
