Description
Photo taken from the east side of American River near the H St. Bridge showing the high waters in the river following some flooding. The flood appears to have inspired a message made of rocks stating "Flood Iran." The large building behind the levee is the Sacramento Central Seventh Day Adventist Church with Fremont Presbyterian Church to the back left.
