An unidentified elderly woman (wearing glasses) sews a piece of cloth. She holds a needle in her right hand and a piece of pink-colored cloth in her left. Photographer's signature and a provenance stamp are visible in the bottom right corner. Original title from the Southeast Asia Community Resource Center identified the woman as being Chinese; the photographer is Vietnamese. The cultural designation of the work has been attributed to Vietnamese works, as the identity of the woman is not confirmed.
