Description
Lease agreement for ten acres of the Guadalupe M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro from November 1, 1937 to October 31, 1938 with a yearly rent of $250. Additional text is added to the agreement relating to subletting and proof of citizenship in response to Alien land laws.
