Description
Man in apron using jackhammer to break up street pavement. Hotel President can be seen in the distance, with Walk Over Shoes directly behind. A small bus for Redwood City is disembarking a passenger. A man is crouching behind the jackhammer operator, holding a device in his hands with a meter on it. The instrument held by the crouching man appears to be the same as the radio control box attached to a Fisher Laboratories M-Scope metal detector. "Gifts Aug 13 '47" is stamped on the reverse near the photo service stamp.
