Dedication of the Woodmen of the World cemetery headstone, in the shape of a tree stump, for Valente Arciniega who was born May 22, 1882 and died Aug. 29, 1939. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World fraternal organization and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in East Los Angeles. The girl in the picture is most likely his granddaughter, Hortensia Corral. Photo dated: 1939.
