Image shows view of the Hamond Sadler residence, located on Via Anita on lot 21, block 1702, tract 6882 in Malaga Cove. View looking northwest shows seven-room, two-story stucco house with tile roof, chimney and attached two-car garage. An upstairs balcony overlooks the garage. Terraced stone retaining walls are along front of house. The owner, Hammond Sadler, was also the designer of the house, which was later owned by Kingman and then Feder [first names unknown.] Two other houses are visible at left, being the Howard H. Towle residence (2725 Via Anita) and F.B. Martin residence (2733 Via Anita), left to right, with grove of eucalyptus trees in background.
