Description
An Army jeep, loaded with soldiers, climbs up the Spring Street steps of City Hall on January 4, 1944, to lead the "capture" of the building as a prelude to the "Los Angeles Attacks" Army-Navy Show to be held Saturday and Sunday at the Coliseum.
