Photograph dated July 21, 1964 shows pilot Audrey Schutte of Canoga Park, left, and her co-pilot, Ellen Trindle who both took part in the 18th annual 'Powder Puff Derby' in Fresno. They were among the more than 100 pilots and co-pilots who flew the 2,573 mile route to the finish line in Atlantic City, N. J.
