This is a recording of the Earl Warren and Culbert Olson debate. They were both running for the office of Governor in 1942. [Includes Mr. Garland, Senator Jack Tenney, Sample of K45-LA Don Lee F.M. and Senator Herbert Slader.] This may be the earliest recording of a gubernatorial debate in the history of California.
