But he's not too little to give the day a proper welcome. Steven's mother, Mrs. W. I. Daugherty, filled a wading pool for the tot, and as Steven sat in the water splashing himself, he smilingly agreed that this is the way to greet summer, even for chubby little boys who will be 1 year old on Sunday."
