View of a flooded petrol station in Orland, Glenn County circa 1940 "Union Oil Products": Old Station - where the west side liquor store is now. 1940 flood - This was the way Larry Blair's looked Feb. 28, 1940, when Stony Creek came into Orland. Since then Black Butte Dam has been built and chances of a repetition are nil.
