A model poses inside the "Silver Monterey," a newly completed model home located at 5129 Escalon Avenue in View Park. She is pointing out one of the built-in book shelves in the Bedroom-Den. The room's features include: "Modern 'Art-Ply' (inlaid plywood wainscot), Hardwood floors of Bruce oak blocks, Venetian blinds, Appropriate lighting fixture for den, Built-in book shelves, cupboards, closet, Striking wall paper, Vented floor furnace." During this open house, 6 framed cards were used to describe a total of eighty-eight outstanding qualities found throughout the home.
