Photograph caption dated November 11, 1964 reads "North Hollywood Kiwanis Club Ladies get their day three times a year. Last week the ladies were treated to their last luncheon of the year and introduced to Harry Frels, president-elect of the Kiwanis Club. In the photo movie and television personality Tom Frandsen, principal speaker, wields gavel while outgoing president Van Gatewood looks on with tacit approval of his style."
