Description
Documents one of the worst floods in the history of California, the Christmas flood of 1964. The flood had an particularly serious impact on the counties of Del Norte, Sonoma, Trinity, Siskiyou, Mendocino, and Humboldt. The film documents the destruction of a bridge, home damage, and Governor Brown holding a meeting with state officials assessing the damage and developing a recovery plan.
