Description
Charles Handy seminar brochure on theories of organizational management. The document introduces Handy as an internationally-acclaimed business and management philosopher, and proceeds to share Handy's particular management ideas, such as the shamrock organization, the doughnut principle, and the portfolio career. It goes on to mention that Handy does not offer ready-made solutions, but instead provides many probing questions in order to get leaders to think about the future of organizations and management. The brochure then gives a summary of Handy's background in industry and academia, as well as the agenda for his talk.
