The DWP General Office Building, located at located at 111 N. Hope Street, was designed by Albert C. Martin and Associates and completed in 1964 at the cost of $26,700,000. In November 2000, in honor of longtime council member John Ferraro, the structure was renamed the John Ferraro Building.
