"A building at 2525 L St. is being renovated to house the new Religious Center for Deaf and Hard Hearing. The center will be sponsored by the Roman Catholic Church. Father Colm O'Kelly of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament said it will offer a program of religious instruction and participation for the deaf and hard of hearing. Building materials and labor are being donated by various local groups ...
