Outer frame of Foxy's Coffee Shop, which is being built next to the RegaLodge Motel along Colorado Boulevard in Glendale. This A-framed eatery has been serving delicious meals since it was built in 1964. Once completed, the inside of this restaurant boasted of dark brown cathedral ceilings, wooden beams, wood paneling, two fireplaces on each side of the dining room, and had a cozy cabin/ski lodge feel. Ask anyone who has eaten at Foxy's Restaurant, and they'll tell you it is practically a historical Glendale landmark. A large billboard visible on the right reads: "Coming soon! Foxy's coffee shop", and "Another fine restaurant for Glendale operated by Richardson-Hudson & Associates". It also lists the following people and/or companies: Blindbury & Imhoff, General Contractor; John Loevenguth, Structural Engineer; John E. Denton & Assoc., Mechanical Engineer; Jones, Cooper & Froberg, Electrical Engineer.
