"This compact office building at 915 28th St. was completed last month and represents a total investment of $58,000, including the cost of the 40-by-80-foot lot. The owners are insurance men Paul E. Plesha, Richard L. Reese and John A. Stassi. The structure's 3,000 square feet of floor space houses three firms -- the Stassi-Plesha, Reese and Rooney insurance agencies. The general contractor was Fernando Marsalla"
