This is a letter from Harold Smiddy to Peter Drucker. He writes to acknowledge two letters Drucker sent on September 30. Smiddy will discuss them with Mel Hurni to decide what steps to take next, which is something they have been struggling with. Smiddy does think that Drucker's suggestion, to let the "pros and cons make up the reader's mind", is right. This contains an original signature.
