Photograph caption dated December 13, 1954 reads "Police survey bomb-wrecked front of barber and beauty shops at 13644 Riverside Dr., Van Nuys. Barber shop owner William Damato, who gives haircuts at cut-rate prices, said this was second time in seven months shop had been bombed."
