Photograph article dated July 10, 1964 partially reads, "In selecting the heights east of Ventura, builders of the newly opened Springtime Homes were considerably influenced by the spectacular view. Each home has been carefully planned by them to take best advantage of a panoramic vista of the breathtakingly blue Pacific." Pictured is one of the Springtime Homes, which is designed with large windows making it cheery and light as well as affording beautiful breathtaking views of the Pacific.
