The man is wearing light pants and a dark sleeveless shirt. He has short dark hair. At center is a massive fish, possibly a sea bass, suspended by a hook in its mouth. The fish is nearly as tall as the man. A sign above the fish reads "Fishing with more than 2 Poles or Lines is Prohibited City Ordinance".
