Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “Social Impacts and Social Responsibilities.” He begins by describing that businesses can’t survive in a polluted society, and what they can do to help. He talks about the connection between authority and responsibility. Drucker discusses why businesses sometimes have to say no to large environmental issues. He talks about what to do when a boss has no business ethics and exploits workers. He ends the interview by describing resisting temptations at work.
