The tinted postcard depicts a gathering of men in western dress stand and kneel beside a pink tombstone bearing the legend "In dnakbarer Grinnerung an Charlotte van Meding".
The back of the postcard has no handwriting. Printed in the margin of the correspondence section is "Die Medinger Helfer am Denkstein vaon Charlotte von Meding, der Stifterin der Station." "Buchhandliung der Berliner ev. Missiongeschelleschaft, Berlin No 43, Georgenkirchstr."
