Photograph article dated November 2, 1960 partially reads, "A North Hollywood locksmith had just finished his lunch when he received a most unusual phone call. The request itself was simple enough - someone wanted to be let into his car - but it was the third time that day the same person had called for assistance. 'It just goes to prove my theory that there is no prerequisite for being locked out,' remarked Charles Welch, as he sat in the rear of his shop at 5313 Bakman Ave.'
