Description
Astronomer George Hale, in his position as president of the International Council of Scientific Unions, writes to EPH asking him to meet with Dr. Harry Moore. He also writes about a meeting of the scientific council in Brussels. He discusses a new Committee on Instruments and Methods of Research, and asks if EPH would serve as a member. He also congratulates him on his Oxford degree.
