Annotation translation: "The fruit grows from the tree's trunk. At first it is tiny, but grows into a fat cucumber-like fruit, yellow and vermilion in colour. Inside the skin, surrounded by a milky white sweet substance, you find the cocoa beans, which are prepared for their journey by being dried." "Vollbehr Art Postcards, Cameroon." Annotation: "Direkt am Stamm des Kakaobaumes kommen die winzig kleinen und später die dicken, gurkenartigen, gelben und zinnoberfarbigen Früchte.
